April 16 -18 We Missed You Weekend
Welcome Back Everyone! Gather around the fireplace in the Members’ Lounge for a social and movies. We’re excited to begin another season at Moody Beach.

April 23 – 25 Pot Luck Weekend
Warm fire, good friends and good food. Join us for a beans and franks lunch in the Lounge on Saturday. Bring a dessert for 3 or 4 to share.

April 30 – May 2 Clean Up Your Campsite Weekend Welcome May and the Spring weather. Brighten the campground and get ready for a great summer.

May 7 – 9  Ladies Day Weekend
Let’s do something nice for that special woman in our lives. We’ll have tea and cakes in the Lounge Friday evening. Flea Market in the Rec Hall on Saturday.

May 14 – 16  Armed Forces Day
Join us as we honor the men and women protecting our country. We’ll play games like capture the flag, water wars and more.

May 21 – 23  Campfire Social
Join us around the campfire. Make S’mores or roast hot dogs if you would like. We’ll supply the marshmallows.

May 28 – 31 Pajama Party Weekend
Wear your jimmies to the Rec Hall as we play games and eat treats. Stuffed animals contest. Bring your favorite stuffed sleeping buddy.

June 4 – 6 Movie Mania Weekend
Join us for movies on the front lawn. Bring your chairs or a blanket. Test your movie knowledge with our trivia game. Wells 5 – Star Theater ticket give away.

June 11 – 13 Golf Weekend
Test your chipping and putting skills. We’ll have a Mini- golf tournament for the 1st 20 to sign up at the Country Store. Sunday morning, join Sonya at Salmon Falls for a round of golf .

June 18 – 20  Casino Weekend
Are you lucky at cards? $5 Donation to a local charity. Big Prizes! Win dinner certificates! Must be over 18 yrs.old. Great prizes!

June 25 – 27  A “Mazing” Weekend
Want to race? Bring your bike, skates or just yourself and get ready for fun filled races this weekend.

July 2 – 5  Fly the Colors! Red, White and Blue!
Celebrate our Nation’s birthday with ice cream socials, wagon rides, horseshoe games, softball games and a cookout. See the Country Store or Ranger-On-Duty for a list of the local fireworks displays. Country Store Specials.

July 9 – 11  Wright Brothers Weekend
So you think you can fly? So did they! Join us as we celebrate the Wright Bothers life changing idea. We will make paper and balsa planes, have a kite lying contest, play with water guns and water balloons.

July 16 – 18  Comic Book Character Weekend
Activities for all ages: Ring Toss, Hoop Challenge, Dessert Social, Dart Game, Bicycle Parade and more. Free Mini-golf game for the first 20 to sign up. Children 12 and under MUST have parental supervision.

July 23 – 25 Christmas in July
Don’t be a Scrooge, bring an unwrapped gift for the Toys for Tots donation. Enjoy the long days of summer with fun at the beach and at the pool. Sing Christmas songs and Hanukah songs on our wagon ride. Site decorating contest – sign up at the Country Store.

July 30 – August 1 Old Fashion Carnival Weekend Bicycle parade, Ring Toss, Dessert Social, Face Painting. Bring your squirt guns for our “water wars” on Saturday afternoon.

August 6 – 8  Block Party Weekend
Do you like to party? Join the Family fun as we have Block Parties on 1st Street and 20th Street. Each area will have their own DJ performance, dancing, music and food. Don’t be a square, be there!

August 13 – 15 Lobster Festival Weekend!
Our Annual lobster and steak cook-out. Sign-up early and get your tickets - $16 person gets lobster or 6 oz. steak with potato salad, corn on the cob, a delicious dessert and beverages. We’ll also be playing pin the tail on the lobster, Where’s Larry the Lobster? And  our Lobbing Lucy softball challenge.

August 20 – 22  Be the Camp Champion Weekend
Think you have what it takes to be the best? Well now you can prove it! There will be 10 events for Adults 18 to 54 and 55 to 70 and 71 and over. 3 Age groups for children, 5-8, 9 – 12 and 13-17. Points awarded for participation as well as placing in each event. The One with the most points will have bragging rights for a year.

August 27 – 29  Paws for Fun Weekend
Special tricks and fancy clothes, bring your pet to show off. Wagon rides and ice cream social. Coloring contest for the little ones. SPCA donations.

September 3 – 6 Labor Day Weekend
Enjoy a weekend of campfires, cookouts and relaxation. Kids can participate in a scavenger hunt and win cool back-to-school prizes!

September 10 – 12 Grandparents Day
Enjoy Granny Games and Grandpa Storytelling this weekend. Enjoy a yummy dessert social around the campfire. It will be a day everyone is sure to remember!

September 17 – 19 Indoor Games Weekend Back to basics. Card games like phase 10, SKIPBO, and Cribbage. We’ll play board games and enjoy pizza and snacks.

September 24 – 26  Picture Perfect Weekend Bring your camera and take some fun photos. Share a story and a smile. Don’t forget to include the family in those shots.

October 1 – 3  October Festival
Stop by the Country Store for specials and the local list of festivals near by. The leaves are beautiful this time of year – how about a nice drive or walk at Rachael Carson Preserve. Hot Cocoa and a warm campfire await your return.

October 8 – 10  Pumpkin Carving and Kick, Pass and Punt Weekend Friday evening, learn how to carve pumpkins and get ready for Halloween. Enjoy a weekend of football and games. For the ladies, we’ll be “skillet toss’n” and for the guys we’ll be “pumkin putt’n”. Saturday afternoon wear you costume as we take a wagon ride and Trick or Treat the campers. Great prizes!

October 15 – 17 Thanks for the Memories Weekend
Friday night join us for a Pot Luck Turkey Supper. We’ll cook the turkey and you can bring your favorite dish for 3 to 4 to share in the Members Lounge. Cranberries included.
