Preserve Description
Located along the Pacific Ocean on the Long Beach Peninsula, this 22-acre preserve stands guard at the Southwestern-most point of Washington State. Here you'll find salmon for the fisherman, surf and sand for the beachcomber, and lush, green forests for the nature lover. And for the history enthusiast, the towns of Chinook, Ilwaco, and Seaview have magnificently restored homes and maritime museums.

Visit the Long Beach Peninsula Visitors Bureau website. Click here to view an image of the peninsula and a map of the peninsula.

With the many events happening in town and on the preserve this year, it should be a very full and exciting season. So, don't wait until the last minute to make your reservations! Come and stroll along our 26 miles of beach, visit our historical lighthouses, learn about the Lewis and Clark Expedition (and take part in the Bicentennial Celebration), or take advantage of any of the other exciting things the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer. Call 360.642.3091 for further information, and let us help you plan for a great time with us here at the Long Beach preserve. We look forward to seeing you!
